Brian Cousins

Executive Vice President, Operations & Supply Chain

Brian Cousins brings a strong record of success as an operations/supply chain executive to his role at RecoverCare. During his 20-year career, Cousins has worked with both a diverse group of companies as well as premier consulting firms including Honeywell / AlliedSignal, DENTSPLY International, The Home Depot and Deloitte & Touche. With a focus on building a team-based culture, he has consistently led initiatives that have improved customer service, quality and financial performance.

Prior to joining RecoverCare, Cousins served as Global Vice President – Manufacturing & Supply Chain for the Fluid Power Division of the Gates Corporation, one of the world's leading providers of services, systems and components for fluid transfer applications. His responsibilities at Gates extended across 18 plants with 4,000 employees and approximately $800 million in sales. Cousins holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Cousins resides in Denver with his wife Barb and children Abby and Shawn.
