    Efficient, Easy Ordering and Lasting Value

    Our user-friendly RecoverCareOnline (RCO) provides a seamless ordering process from product availability, service, to real-time equipment management. RCO also provides a centralized platform, with a reporting tool that will help a single facility or a multi-facility organization manage and track billing solutions and compliance documentation assistance to deliver cost efficient, clinically effective patient outcomes.

    Our Vehicles are Moving Warehouses

    Our system utilizes sophisticated inventory management tools and a GPS tracking system that allows us to know exactly where our equipment is at any point in time, and helps us map out the quickest way to deliver your order. We either ship from one of our 150+ locations, or we deploy an already in-transit RecoverCare vehicle that has your equipment on board and is ready to go.

    Inventory Review

    Before a vehicle departs from one of our service center warehouses, we check its inventory to make certain that what we have on board matches each order. We also systematically load additional equipment to anticipate last minute orders placed while the vehicle is in transit.

    On-Time Delivery

    We guarantee a 4-6 hour delivery time to most areas of the U.S., but the turnaround is often much faster. We know how important it is to have the right equipment ready and available for your patients.

    Working and Ready to Go

    Upon arrival at your facility, our delivery technician prepares the equipment for the patient's arrival. For beds and therapeutic support surface deliveries, the technician will make sure that the bed is unrolled, the mattress is inflated, and that the equipment and setup is in perfect working order.

    StatPad Accuracy

    To confirm the delivery, we scan the inventory code on the equipment, and transmit the information to our main system for real-time tracking and reporting.

    It's Not Just a Drop-Off

    Our delivery technicians are trained in the use of our equipment, and will train your personnel on how to operate it. They'll take whatever time is necessary to answer all questions and concerns, and to provide product support. We don't leave until your staff is comfortable operating the equipment. This service is offered free of cost with every delivery.

    Accuracy Reprise After Service Support

    Your personnel signs the RecoverCare StatPad in-service document, confirming they have been fully trained and are capable of using the equipment properly. We also offer customer service support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer additional questions, troubleshoot, or if necessary, dispatch someone to your facility.
