RecoverCare Names Brian Cousins Executive Vice President, Operations & Supply Chain, and Kelly G. Duncan Chief Financial Officer

Louisville, KY (February 7, 2012) -- RecoverCare LLC, the leading provider of bariatric support surfaces, therapeutic support surfaces, wound care and safe patient handling equipment to healthcare facilities nationwide, today announced the appointments of Brian Cousins as Executive Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain and Kelly G. Duncan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Brian Cousins brings a strong record of success as an operations/supply chain executive to his role at RecoverCare. During his 20-year career, Cousins has worked with both a diverse group of companies as well as premier consulting firms including Honeywell/AlliedSignal, DENTSPLY International, The Home Depot, and Deloitte & Touche. With a focus on building a team-based culture, he has consistently led initiatives that have improved customer service, quality and financial performance. Prior to joining RecoverCare, Cousins served as Global Vice President – Manufacturing & Supply Chain for the Fluid Power Division of the Gates Corporation, one of the world’s leading providers of services, systems and components for fluid transfer applications. His responsibilities at Gates extended across 18 plants with 4,000 employees and approximately $800 million in sales. Cousins holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Kelly G. Duncan has diverse financial management experience having previously held CFO positions at consumer service and products companies such as Quaker Oats/Bakery Chef and The Ramsey Group, a privately-owned investment firm. Most recently he served as CFO of Service Net Warranty, a multinational service contract administrator for Fortune 500 companies where he led efforts that streamlined accounting and financial processes and systems resulting in major cost savings for clients. Duncan, who began his career at the consulting firm Deloitte & Touche, also owned a financial consulting practice that provided services for clients that ranged from new business start-ups to multimillion dollar corporate restructures. His areas of specialty include asset optimization, strategic assessment and planning, growth and profitability improvements, acquisitions and integrations, and accounting system evaluation and implementation. Duncan is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a BS in Accounting from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
