Clinical Support

Our Clinical Support Services help your staff make
the best equipment and care decisions.

RecoverCare is an organization dedicated to providing superior service. Our clinical support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our clinical support line. During normal business hours our clinical support team is available nationwide to work closely with your clinical team to develop equipment algorithms, provide necessary on-site support, and conduct CEU courses that are designed to help your clinicians make equipment and care decisions that will reduce cost and improve patient care.

Our clinical team is also responsible for keeping our field sales, delivery technicians, and customer service representatives educated on our products and outcomes.

Equipment & Service Support

Web-based and instructor-led training is available to keep your staff updated on equipment and best practices. Online and printed education material is also available. RecoverCare's partners and customers are also encouraged to sign up for our wound care and/or safe patient handling bulletin that is published and distributed weekly by one of our clinicians. The bulletin is used to communicate industry information as it relates to wound care or safe patient handling, along with related trends, change in practices, standard of care, latest research and publications, technological changes, and regulatory changes.

Clinical & Financial Outcome

RecoverCare aims to empower your clinicians with the tools to make the right equipment decision. Our clinicians will work closely with your staff clinicians to develop an algorithm that will reduce the time spent on equipment decisions while providing the patient with the best clinical outcome.

Our cost reduction model is based on efficiencies but also in the availability of information. Our standard reports provide real-time updates on all our equipment in your facility. Other report options include our cost containments and utilization updates that can be automatically scheduled to be processed daily, weekly, or monthly. The transparency of our process and reporting allow clinicians to focus on patient safety and quality of care, while our data availability supports initiatives for reviewing financial performance.
