RecoverAir Safety 100
Convertible, Self-Adjusting MRS
Addressing healthy skin and patient safety in a versatile, economical mattress
The RecoverAir Safety 100 is a convertible, self adjusting, pressure redistributing mattress replacement system providing prevention and early stage treatment of pressure ulcers, as well as fall risk reduction. As a convertible system it can be used as a non-powered mattress supplying pressure redistribution through 12 foam filled, self adjusting air cells. With the optional control unit it "converts" to an alternating pressure system to increase its level of therapeutic benefit. The patented RC Safety Perimeter system is incorporated into the mattress to reduce the risk of patient falls.

RecoverAir 2000
Low Air Loss, Alt. Pressure Overlay
Progressive pressure redistribution therapy in a versatile overlay system
The RecoverAir 2000 uses both alternating pressure and low air loss to treat all stages of pressure ulcers. Progressive alternating pressure produces lower interface pressures and increased circulation to stimulate healing. "True" low air loss provides moisture and temperature control and improved patient comfort. The top cover is highly vapor permeable and oversized, thus reducing friction, shear and complications of incontinence. As a mattress overlay, the RecoverAir 2000 can be used with existing patient bed frames and mattresses.

RecoverAir 3000
Low Air Loss, Alternating Pressure MRS
Dual therapy features for advanced wound treatment
The RecoverAir 3000 uses both alternating pressure and low air loss to treat moderate to severe pressure ulcers. Progressive alternating pressure produces lower interface pressures and increased circulation to stimulate pressure ulcer treatment. "True" low air loss provides moisture and temperature control and improved patient comfort. The top cover is highly vapor permeable and oversized, thus reducing risk of friction, shear and complications of incontinence. As a mattress replacement system, the RecoverAir 3000 can be used with existing patient bed frames.

RecoverAir Stimulus
Advanced Alternating Pressure MRS
The pinnacle of alternating pressure therapy
The most severe wounds need progressive treatment. The RecoverAir Stimulus provides dynamic alternating pressure with gradient high pressure to induce reactive hyperemia (capillary refill). The sophisticated microprocessor driven pump controls the time of exposure to pressure and alternates on a frequent and automatic basis. The Stimulus' dynamic therapy has proven effective on severe, chronic pressure ulcers.

RecoverAir 5000
Zoned Low Air Loss MRS
Multi-zone therapy for highly advanced wound treatment
The RecoverAir 5000 mattress replacement system offers advanced pressure
redistribution and treatment for the most severe pressure ulcers. A
sophisticated microprocessor provides multi-zoned pressure redistribution in
which each zone can be adjusted independently for customized therapy. An
optional low air loss button manages moisture. The lightweight RecoverAir
5000 mattress and control unit can be used with most patient bed frames to
maximize your clinical and economic outcomes.

RecoverAir A1A
Fluid Immersion Simulation™

The RecoverAir A1A is a software driven, pressure redistribution mattress that incorporates the same Fluid Immersion Simulation™ technology developed for the United States Navy for the "dry" transport of dolphins over long distances. The system utilizes the unique Archimedes Linker™ algorithm, which measures the patients' weight and body contour and automatically imprints the data into RAM. The system uses this data to examine and respond automatically to any patient movement every 11 seconds, adjusting the surface over 300 times each hour to provide optimum support.

Hospital to HomeWe've Got You Covered
RecoverCare is committed to service excellence and to
providing our customers with the most clinically and cost
effective products in today's market. We do this by offering
a full range of surfaces. We then provide clear and concise
information to educate, where necessary or desirable, the
caregivers on the selection of the appropriate support surface
product. We recognize that each patient and setting may have
different requirements or needs. Through our complete range
of products, we can also maintain the full continuum from
hospital to homefollowing the patient with successful clinical
outcomes every step of the way.
We provide both treatment and prevention products for
all modalitiesbeds, chairs and bariatric beds and chairs.
Below is a sampling of our products ranging from mattress
replacements to overlays, from powered to non-powered,

low air-loss and alternating air to turning products and other
specialty products. Our Wound Care Products: |
RecoverAir A1AThe Next Generation in Fluidized Therapy
What do dolphins have to do with advanced wound care therapy? Neutral buoyancy. It is what dolphins need when being "dry transported" (transporting them without saltwater tanks) by our military to various surveillance spots around the globe. Dry transporting provided a challenge though because dolphins require neutral buoyancy that only water provides... until one clever inventor found an answer.
The solution was creating a Fluid Immersion Simulation (FIS)™[1] mattress which simulates three dimensional volumetric support, as if the dolphin was floating in water. This flotation eradicates the vertical shear forces that cause organ displacement and infarctions. The Navy has been using the "Dolphin Pad" for over 10 years.
It became obvious that humans could also benefit from the FIS technology, and hence, the RecoverAir A1A - Dolphin Mattress™[1] was born. It mimics the air fluidized therapy of large "bead beds" in a simple, easy-to-use mattress replacement system.
The RecoverAir A1A - Dolphin Mattress™[1] has been used post-operatively on challenging wounds, skin flaps and grafts - areas usually reserved only for air fluidized beds.
| FEATURE |
BENEFIT |
Fluid Immersion Simulation (FIS)™[1] |
Simulates fluid immersion by providing 3D volumetric support to "float" your patient as an air fluidized bed would. |
| Archimedes Linker Algorithm |
The brain of FIS™[1]. It measures patient weight and body contour automatically and adjusts the surface every 11 seconds to provide optimum support. |
| Mattress Replacement System |
Advanced FIS™[1] therapy can be used on any standard hospital bed frame. |
| DC Power Operation |
Runs cool, and will not heat up a room like an air fluidized bed. |
| 10 lb. Control Unit, 11 lb. Mattress |
1% of the total weight of an air fluidized bed; very easy to move throughout the facility |
| 4 hour Battery Back up |
